How it works
- Tell me what's piling up. A message, a call, a photo of the spreadsheet. Plain English is fine.
- First month, one concrete job. Usually stock: I take your till export and your last few delivery invoices, come back with a reorder plan we agree together, and run it for the month so you can see whether it's right before anything else changes. If the job needs a tool, you see it on dummy data before you hand over anything real.
- Then it's month to month. I keep the things I've taken on running, add the next one when you're ready, and you get a short written rundown each month of what changed and what I'd do next.
What you're paying for
- Monthly retainer
- The main offer. A business manager for a fixed number of days a month, agreed up front. Stock and supplier orders, invoicing and chasing, rotas and holiday, repricing when costs change, your website and socials, a regular look at what the competition is charging, finding and pricing new lines. Whatever mix your business needs. I build tools where they save you money and skip them where they don't. Fixed monthly figure, month to month, no tie-in.
- One-off build
- Just need the tool? One price, agreed before I start. Covers the build, putting your real data in, and getting it live.
- Hosting
- Small, cheap, and passed on at cost. Most of these tools cost pennies a month to run.
- "Yours"
- Means yours. You get the code, your data, and a written handover of anything I've been running, and nothing stops working if we part ways.
No prices on the site because every business is different, but the retainer is a fixed monthly number and you'll have it before any work starts.

Orbitio is me, Will Williams. One person, not an agency. Years as assistant business manager at an independent retailer with more than one shop: invoicing, stock and supplier orders, competitive merchandising, staff rotas, compliance, branding, the admin nobody else wanted. Then I taught myself to build software, and Orbitio is those two things together. Vape shops are where I started; any small business with stock, staff or admin is the same job underneath.
