How it works

  1. Tell me the job. A message, a call, a photo of the spreadsheet. Plain English is fine.
  2. I build it on dummy data so you can see it working before you hand over anything real.
  3. You send real data, it goes live. A tool like the demos above is usually days, not weeks. Anything bigger, I'll tell you up front.

What you're paying for

One-off build
One price for the tool, agreed before I start. That covers the build, putting your real data in, and getting it live.
Monthly retainer
For tools that need feeding: weekly stock exports, supplier invoices, new lines. I keep it running and tweak it as the shop changes.
Hosting
Small, cheap, and passed on at cost. Most of these tools cost pennies a month to run.
"Yours"
Means yours. You get the code and your data, and nothing stops working if we part ways.

No prices on the site because every job's different, but you'll have a number before any work starts.

Orbitio is me, Will Williams. One person, not an agency. Years running the back office of an independent retailer (invoicing, stock, competitive merchandising, staff management, compliance, the admin nobody else wanted), then years teaching myself to build. Based in South Wales, work remotely, happy to come and see the shop if you're within reach.
